The objective of this service is to independently assure the safe and proper working capability and condition of each individual crane or lifting and hoisting equipment. TURBOSERVE Inspectors know and understand the legal conditions and regulatory requirements. They know exactly how and when lifting and hoisting equipment must be assessed, tested, or inspected. Their expertise and experience in modern facilities enable them to trace any defects in a timely manner.
TURBOSERVE provides periodic inspection for all types of lifting equipment. These include, but are not limited to: Forklift Trucks, Stacker Units, Aerial Access Units, Jacks (Hydraulic & Manual), Overhead Cranes, Hoists (Chain & Wire Rope), Chain Blocks, Wire Rope Slings, Eye Bolts, Synthetic Webbing Sling, Lifting Beams, Shackles (DEE / BOW), Escalators, Passengers / Cargo Lifts, Rigging Screws, and all types of cranes (Hydraulic / Mechanical - Mobile / Crawler).
TURBOSERVE has a qualified and competent team & LEEA certified staff ready to provide lifting inspection and certification for your equipment on-site at any time, as per international safety regulations and legislation.
TURBOSERVE offers Inspection, NDE & Heat Treatment services for a full range of equipment. Our extensive list of technical services includes different variety of advanced NDE techniques, QA/QC for welding/coating inspection, asset inspection & evaluation.
PT / MT inspection for welded joints and equipment is provided as part of in-service inspection services to ensure the ongoing integrity of industrial assets including plant exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tank farms, piping, columns, silos, and pipelines.
Advanced NDT techniques offered include Electromagnetic Test (ET), Eddy Current Test (ECT), Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM), and Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS) for comprehensive equipment assessment.
Painting inspection services include DFT/WFT measurement, Surface Profile assessment, Holiday Detection, Painting Pull-off Tests, and corrosion assessment to ensure coating quality and protection.
As part of our broader maintenance and industrial services, we specialize in the inspection and maintenance of steam and diesel boilers to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
